1. A ten plus years of experience in conducting lectures in courses related to Human Resource Management and Law.

2. Participated in the departmental and other seminars conducted in collaboration with other departments and institutes, with a view to inculcate interdisciplinary attitudes.

3. Participated and published papers in various research conferences.

4. Participated in various Faculty Development Programs in and off campus. Also participated in a 10 day FDP conducted by SPPU, FDC, UGC-HRDC at MMM's Shankarrao Chavan Law College Pune.

5. Contributed to the development of quality curriculum at par with the current market needs.

6. Contributed towards conducting and  assessing the assessment schemes.

7. Contributed towards the Management from time to time - under MAEER’s Group of Institutions, MIT Pune and now the newly transformed MIT World Peace University by working in various groups or/and committees as requested.

8. Contributed also as the Co-Head of the Academic Program Office and exam coordinator in the MIT School of Business.

9. Contributed as the Head of the Academic Program Office, Exam Coordinator and the ERP Coordinator for the Faculty of Fine Arts, Media and Journalism.

1. Was a member of the Board of Studies of MIT World Peace University for Faculty of Fine Arts, Media and Journalism.

2. Am the member of the Under Graduate Program Committee under the MIT World Peace University.

3. Am the secretary member of the Internal Complaints Committee under the MIT World Peace University.

4. Am the member of the Legal cell under the MIT World Peace University.
